Thanks so much for a job very well done. Our oak floors look like new and I’m sure will provide us with many more years of enjoyment. We appreciate that ours was a small job for your company, but you treated us with the utmost of care and professionalism. We never had to wait long for a response to any inquiries we made of you.
It was quite demanding (for we elders ) in terms of the preparation we did before and after, particularly for Walter, who worked pretty hard moving things.
It’s not looking like he’s going to be wanting to clear the living and dining rooms for a treatment any time soon. We’re going to try to clean those floors up and be more careful about the wear near the front door and see how that goes.
